There sure is! The off season is May, June, September, and October.

is there an off season?

Well you COULD, but you'll be paying over 6 times the amount for your hotel room. You'll also only have access to the public beach, and the buffet and bar on your hotel's property. Basically, you'll live like a commoner.

why can't i just book through the resort website?

You'll get access to 11 restaurants, 12 bars, and 2 private beaches.

What do i get with the vip access?

The price includes your hotel room, the resort fee, the all inclusive rate (which gets you all the shrimp cocktail and pina coladas you could ever hope for), and the membership transfer fee (that's what gets you the VIP access!)
